Generally, our high-pressure casting is suitable for shell castings. We all know that high-pressure casting has high efficiency, but it also has the disadvantage that our castings cannot be heat treated. As we all know, our low-pressure casting adopts the casting method of air pressure filling and crystallization under low pressure. Our low-pressure castings have dense structure and can be heat treated. However, compared with our high-pressure casting, the efficiency of low-pressure casting is obviously lower than that of high-pressure casting. Our high-pressure casting belongs to fast pressing type, and the injection mechanism is complex. The pressurization system of our low-pressure casting is more complex than that of high-pressure casting. High pressure casting and low pressure casting equipment have different structures.
